All systems installed by BITT are backed by a conditional on-site warranty which covers 12 months for new equipment and 3 months for re-conditioned equipment. After this period there is an optional extended warranty covering 1, 3 & 5 years for on-site maintenance ensuring your tagging system is operating at peak performance to minimize your losses. Staff training packages are available to ensure your staff are fully conversant with both operational knowledge and corporate guidelines when using the tagging system in the day-to-day store environment.
